We have received your information and are looking forward to visiting your loved one's site. As part of every new service, we begin with an initial visit to familiarize ourselves with the location, document its current condition, and note any existing items that should remain in place.
This visit allows us to ensure that future arrangements are placed thoughtfully and with care. If we identify anything that may require additional attention: such as cleaning needs, vase installation, or other site-specific considerations. We will contact you before any additional work is performed.
You will receive photographs from this initial visit, and we'll keep you informed each step of the way.
